Chelsie Miera is an expert at building coalitions to help clients shape public policy and cultivate community relationships at the local, statewide and regional level. From growing political support for controversial and challenging issues and projects to overseeing grassroots development, community outreach and educational projects, Chelsie specializes in helping clients find a path to victory no matter the challenge.
In her current role, Chelsie works in partnership with major corporations, trade associations and non-profits who are seeking to influence the political and business landscapes of Colorado and across the West. Chelsie has been the project lead on a range of big, complicated and controversial permitting projects, including building electricity substations, large transmission lines across large tracts of suburban areas, and major regional pipelines.
Prior to joining EIS Solutions, she was the Director of Outreach and Strategic Partnerships at Colorado State University – Global Campus, where she successfully built community support to establish the campus in state law. Chelsie is a board member at the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Business Leaders for Responsible Government Committee. Chelsie graduated magna
cum laude from Colorado State University’s Honors Program in 2007 with a BS degree in Business Administration. She is a Colorado native, currently residing in Littleton with her husband Brock and three-month-old son Kannon.
